Great bartending is as much about flow as it is about flavor. To ensure quick service and consistent quality, we offer a curated cocktail selection for each event tier:

• Private Parties: Up to 2 cocktails

• Social Events: Up to 3 cocktails

Beer, wine, and champagne service is always included.

To reserve your date, we require the following:

Retainer

A non-refundable 30% retainer is required to secure your event date.
Applied to your final balance.

Final Payment

Due 30 days prior to your event.

Events booked within 30 days require full payment at booking.

Guest Count Finalization

Final guest count is due 14 days prior to the event.
Additional guest fees will be added to the final invoice.

Service Minimums

Private Parties: 3 hours
Social Events: 4 hours
Weddings: 5 hours

Additional Bartenders and/or Barback 

Every package includes one bartender. To ensure smooth, efficient service, additional bartenders will be added when required for your guest count or bar layout at $50 per hour. Barbacks will be added for larger events as needed at $35 per hour to support ice management, restocking, and smooth bar flow. 

Tipping

Bartenders will provide their own tip jar for casual events. For weddings, corporate functions, or any event where the host requests no tip jar, a 20% service gratuity will be applied to the final invoice to cover bartender compensation. 

Client Requirements

Clients must provide:

• All alcohol & mixers

• Ice

• Cups/glassware

• Bar tools

• Garnishes

• Bar or table station

• Guest water (bottled or dispenser)

• Access to the bar area at least 45 minutes prior to service
  
  

Travel

Events outside Liberty Hill may incur a travel fee based on distance.

Cancellations

Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date within 12 months, based on availability.

Supply Runs

For safety and liability reasons, bartenders may not leave the bar unattended at any time. If additional ice, alcohol, mixers, or supplies are required, the host must coordinate a delivery service such as DoorDash or Favor. Bartenders are not permitted to make supply runs.
